1. Working in the newly opened VSO office in HaNoi Vietnam just after the North had opened up.
2. Presenting to the ELBA Newham Forum in the board room at Man Group surrounded by a library of Booker Prize winning signed books.
3. Developing a new assessment centre day for VSO volunteers that is still being used.

1. Witnessing the roll out of our Real Apprentice scheme across Tower Hamlets, Hackney & Newham. The scheme now helps hundreds into work a year!
2. Building a successful and passionate team.
3. Watching our Chief Executive do the ‘Migraine Skank’ (a very ‘urban’ dance routine) at our recent team away day.

1. When James Murdoch, the then CEO of Sky, commented that the annual community awards event that I set up represented his proudest moment at Sky.
2. Winning employee of the year at Sky for being “irrepressible”.
3. Selling two of my photographs at an exhibition.
