1. Working in the newly opened VSO office in HaNoi Vietnam just after the North had opened up.
2. Presenting to the ELBA Newham Forum in the board room at Man Group surrounded by a library of Booker Prize winning signed books.
3. Developing a new assessment centre day for VSO volunteers that is still being used.

1. In 2004 I worked for a major high street recruitment agency and was the second highest billing consultant for the London region during that year. Despite this I soon realised I was actually proudest of supporting and placing into work a handful of candidates who had to overcome personal problems and periods of unemployment to get back into the workplace.

3. Selling two of my photographs at an exhibition.

1. In Dallas I coached an Hispanic woman to deliver, in three minutes flat, a great but shocking story about the struggle of her family to cope with the health-care system. She spoke with great power to a packed auditorium of a thousand people, including a State Senator. I will not forget her, or the impact she made.
