Our Programmes

Working as a broker for the last 20 years in East London helping to understand the community need we have established a number of robust programmes which we know work.  Our core programmes are borough-specific programmes focused on Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets allowing our members to target their support in these key areas.  These boroughs face some of the toughest problems in the UK as a whole in terms of worklessness, poverty, health and education and yet they remain vibrant, passionate, inspiring boroughs to work in.  Each borough team has a long established relationship with key agencies and communities in their particular area and this means we can support our member companies to target their support in these key areas of need.

We call our borough programmes, Community Programmes because the most effective way that we bring in private sector support is through employee volunteering with many of our employee volunteers share their business skills to build the capacity of the local voluntary sector in a variety of ways.

Aside from our core programmes we also have 3 other key flagship programmes which are Legacy 2020, Employment and One East London.  These provide our members with the opportunities to focus on specific issues of interest that cut across the boroughs and beyond.
