As temperatures dropped, and stores filled with shoppers seeking seasonal gifts for their loved ones, ELBA was working hard to recruit a team to open and manage the Broadgate Ice Rink. Located moments from Liverpool Street station and at the heart of the Broadgate Estate, the Ice Rink brings winter fun to not just the local community, but to visitors from across London.

Locality, however, was very much a focus for Broadgate Estates, when recruiting the seasonal team. Mark Evans, Estate Director, said: "Ensuring that we recruit a local and diverse workforce is key to Broadgate Estates. The team get to work on a fun and exciting service that is very much at the heart of our local community, and ensuring that we recruit and support a team that reflect this is very important to us.

It's hard work too, we're one of the busiest rinks in London and we know the experience serves as a great way to build skills and experience. The Broadgate Ice Rink will be open until Sunday 19 February.
