Have you seen FilmsonFridges yet? They just had a stint as part of Hackney WickEd and the delightful happening is now running until the 13 August at Forman Smokehouse Gallery Yard, adjacent to H. Forman & Son, Stour Road, E3 2NT.

The project was inspired by the disappearance of east London's 'Fridge Mountain' - a teetering pile of discarded fridges which had occupied the land now forming part of the Olympic Park. Towering nearly 20 feet tall, the largest 'Fridge Mountain' in all of Europe was disconcerting yet strangely attractive sculpture over the east London landscape – so eat your heart out Anish Kapoor!
